All hell breaks loose as beloved holiday icons take on a monstrous life of their own, laying siege to the fractured family’s home and forcing them to fight for each other if they hope to survive.

The horror-comedy also stars Adam Scott, Toni Collette, David Koechner, Allison Tolman, Conchata Ferrell, Stefania Lavie Owen and Krista Stadler.

Krampus and his mischievous underlings have been created by the combined efforts of Weta Workshop and Weta Digital, both renowned for their epic work on The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies and King Kong, among many others.

MIAMI – Minion Mayhem is coming to Miami!  The lovable stars of the Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment summer blockbuster hit, Minions, will be at the Ford Championship Weekend from November 20-22, it was announced today by Homestead-Miami Speedway.  The three Minions – Kevin, Stuart and Bob — will be a fixture throughout Homestead-Miami Speedway, making appearances with fans and participating in the Ford EcoBoost 400 pre-race ceremonies on Sunday, November 22.   Minions will be released November 24 on Digital HD and Blu-ray/DVD on December 8.

NBC News’ Anchor and “Today” Show co-host Hoda Kotb will serve as Grand Marshal at the Ford EcoBoost 400.  Ms. Kotb, the popular co-host of NBC’s “Today” fourth hour with Kathie Lee Gifford, is also a “Dateline NBC” correspondent and New York Times Bestselling author and has been at NBC since 1998.  She will give the command for drivers to start their engines prior to the Sprint Cup Series championship race on Sunday, November 22.

“We are extremely excited to have the Minions and Hoda Kotb join us for Ford Championship Weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway in November,” Homestead-Miami Speedway President Matthew Becherer said. “The Minions are characters beloved by both adults and kids and we think our fans are going to enjoy seeing them around the venue throughout our NASCAR weekend. Hoda is a household name in national news, and we are thrilled to have her join us for what is going to be an electrifying Ford EcoBoost 400.”

In addition, the Minions will introduce the “Minionwagon”, a one-of-a-kind Ford Transit Connect Wagon that will be making appearances on a road trip at select locations, including as the Grand Marshal car for Ford Championship Weekend and a stop at Universal Orlando® Resort, on their way to the Today Show in New York City.  The Minions will also be the entitlement sponsor of the “Minions Kids Zone” in the Homestead-Miami Speedway display area, making an appearance on November 22.

Navigation App Gives Drivers the Fastest Route
To Locate Free Furious 7 Merchandise in Seven Cities

 

Universal City, California, August 25, 2015 –Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) is leveraging Waze (http://www.waze.com), the real-time crowd sourced navigation app, to promote the home entertainment release of global blockbuster Furious 7. “Get your Furious 7 Fix Fast” is a first-of-its-kind promotion that will allow Waze users in seven cities to find Prizing Pit Stops giving away free Furious 7 merchandise. UPHE will release Furious 7 on Digital HD starting today and on Blu-ray™, DVD and On Demand on September 15.

From today through September 17, Waze will display scheduled messages announcing the release of Furious 7 on Blu-ray™, DVD and Digital HD in seven participating markets. On one day in each market, Waze users can also find directions to pop-up venues where street teams will be distributing free Furious 7 branded T-shirts, hats, license-plate frames, and a limited number of digital codes to download the film on Digital HD, among other items. Each Prizing Pit Stop will operate while supplies last for up to 90 minutes and then move on to two other spots throughout the day.

Chicagoland Speedway today announced Furious 7, the $1.5 billion worldwide box- office blockbuster and most successful installment of the Fast & Furious franchise, as the title sponsor for its NASCAR XFINITY Series race on Saturday, Sept. 19. The Furious 7 300 will feature cast member Chris “Ludacris” Bridges in the pace car and leading the field to the green flag as NASCAR’s stars of tomorrow set the stage for the first race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup.

Furious 7 will be released on Digital HD on August 25 and Blu-ray, DVD, and On Demand on September 15 from Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) as an all-new extended edition. The film has become the highest-grossing movie in the history of the franchise.

In Furious 7, the entire Fast & Furious crew reunites in purpose for an epic international adventure, hunted by a vengeful assassin from Abu Dhabi to London to Tokyo and the Dominican Republic as they try to retrieve a highly advanced piece of espionage technology and rescue the gifted hacker who created it.  Furious 7 stars Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, Djimon Hounsou, Tony Jaa, Ronda Rousey and Nathalie Emmanuel with Kurt Russell and Jason Statham.

The Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup weekend at Chicagoland Speedway, Sept. 18-20, will begin with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race under the lights on Friday night. On Saturday, Sept. 19, the NASCAR XFINITY Series will hit the track as the precursor to Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series showdown, the first race in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. In addition to the racing action, fans can enjoy live musical entertainment, Champions Park, tailgating and more. Tickets start at just $25 with kids tickets (12 and under) $25 OFF, and parking is always free at Chicagoland Speedway.
