AQUAMAN | Official Trailer Debut from 2018 San Diego Comic-Can Panel

IMG_1367

Hey there, movie lovers!

The highly anticipated trailer for AQUAMAN made a splash at Comic-Con this past weekend and . . . yes, just yes. Jason Momoa reprises his role as Aquaman aka Arthur Curry from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League, and I’m stoked to see him take on the lead role in this one!

SYNOPSIS: Arthur Curry learns that he is the heir to the underwater kingdom of Atlantis, and must step forward to lead his people and to be a hero to the world.

I have to admit, I was waiting for Ariel and King Triton to appear on the screen during the trailer haha. While Amber Heard’s character, Mera, certainly fits the description of Ariel, AQUAMAN is in a league of its own when it comes to underwater worlds. This looks so much better than I was expecting!

Check out some exclusive pics via Entertainment Weekly and then catch the trailer below! Let me know your thoughts. Do you think this will be a standout film for Momoa and the DC Universe?

AQUAMAN hits theaters December 21, 2018!
