SANTA MONICA, CA (October 14, 2015) – The first-ever wide release of a Spanish-language animated franchise cracks into homes when Un Gallo con Muchos Huevos arrives on Digital HD on November 17 and DVD and On Demand on December 1 from Lionsgate Home Entertainment. Just in time for the holidays, the hilarious Un Gallo con Muchos Huevos features the voice talents of Omar Chaparro (Pulling Strings), Bruno Bichir (Netflix’s “Narcos”), Angélica Vale (TV’s “No Me Hallo”) and Maite Perroni (TV’s “Cuidado con el Angel”) as young rooster Toto and his friends step into the ring to save the farm they love. Based on the hit Mexican animated franchise, Huevos, the egg-citing adventure will also be available for the first time in an all-new English version voiced by an all-star cast titled Huevos: Little Rooster’s Egg-cellent Adventure exclusively on DVD, Digital HD and On Demand.

Toto (voiced by Bruno Bichir) is the kindest rooster in the henhouse, but when the evil landlord of the farm he lives in threatens to destroy his family and home Toto is forced to become a brave rooster. That’s when Toto and his friends (Voiced by Angelica Vale, Maite Perroni, Omar Chaparro, Ninel Conde, Carlos Espejel) join forces in an egg-cellent adventure that teaches us that the big surprises can come in small packages.

The home entertainment release of the knockout family adventure features two behind-the-scenes featurettes. While Un Gallo con Muchos Huevos and Huevos: Little Rooster’s Egg-cellent Adventure  will each be sold separately on Digital HD and On Demand, the DVD version will include both the Spanish and English versions of the film. The Huevos: Little Rooster’s Egg-cellent Adventure DVD will be available for the suggested retail price of $19.98.

I recently discovered that Brad Pitt, Ryan Gosling, Steve Carrell, Christian Bale and Max Greenfield will comprise most of the cast of The Big Short, which will be released in theaters around December 23, 2015.  (Yes, Brad Pitt and Ryan Gosling in the same movie…you can breathe now)  This is an incredible cast and I, personally, can’t wait to see it!  The film is based on the book, ‘The Big Short: Inside the Doomsday Machine’ by Michael Lewis and tells the story of the build-up of the housing and credit bubble during the 2000s that led to the financial crisis of 2007-2010.

Hey everyone!!

If you’ve been following news about the film releases, you already know that Allegiant was going to be broken down into two parts.  Allegiant was the third and final book of the series, so the fact that we get an extra movie out of the deal is fine by me!  It was announced this week, however, that the next two films will not be titled Allegiant Part One and Allegiant Part Two.  Instead, it will be Allegiant and Ascendant!

When his dysfunctional family clashes over the holidays, young Max (Emjay Anthony) is disillusioned and turns his back on Christmas.  Little does he know, this lack of festive spirit has unleashed the wrath of Krampus: a demonic force of ancient evil intent on punishing non-believers.

All hell breaks loose as beloved holiday icons take on a monstrous life of their own, laying siege to the fractured family’s home and forcing them to fight for each other if they hope to survive.

The horror-comedy also stars Adam Scott, Toni Collette, David Koechner, Allison Tolman, Conchata Ferrell, Stefania Lavie Owen and Krista Stadler.

Krampus and his mischievous underlings have been created by the combined efforts of Weta Workshop and Weta Digital, both renowned for their epic work on The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies and King Kong, among many others.

On Friday, July 24, to celebrate the release of Straight Outta Compton, a mural was unveiled at the famous art district of Wynwood in Miami. The mural was created by a talented group of Latino artists known as TATS CRU.

The mural honors several Miami artists that have made an impact in the world of music – specifically hip hop and rap as well as the film Straight Outta Compton.

Stars from the film, O’Shea Jackson Jr. and Jason Mitchell, as well as original member of NWA, Ice Cube and director F. Gary Gray were on-site to personally check out the mural.

As word spread about the mural, Pitbull could not resist and visited the mural later that night to share photos with his fans on Facebook.  He also included a photo of the mural on Twitter.

Long Synopsis:

When fires sweep through the forest near their property along the Parana River, a tobacco-farming family goes on high alert. João suspects the fire is a result of slash-and-burn tactics by thugs intent on acquiring the farm he shares with his daughter, Vania, and her partner, Jara. Help arrives in the form of Kaí, an enigmatic stranger.

When the violence of the land-grabbers’ assault catches the family off guard, the men force João to sign over his farm and kidnap Vania. Undetected by the assailants, Kaí goes on the offensive but with the hornet’s nest now stirred, Kaí, Vania and Jara must decide how far they will go to preserve the farm and their vanishing way of life.

Sinopsis Extendida:

Cuando el fuego arrasa con el bosque cerca de su propiedad junto al Río Paraná, una familia que tiene una plantación de tabaco entra en alerta roja. João sospecha que el fuego es el resultado de una estrategia de tala y quema implementada por unos rufianes que están decididos a apropiarse de la granja que comparte con su hija, Vania, y su socia, Jara.
